Information you provide

When you send a property, project, consultation or seller enquiry, we receive the contact method and contact value you choose, your optional name and message, and the property or project connected with the request.

If you continue the conversation by phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram or LINE, that service also processes the information you send under its own policy.

Technical and analytics information

The site may process page URL, language, referrer, campaign parameters, browser and device information, approximate network information, and interaction events. Cloudflare supplies hosting, security, request logging and Zaraz consent tooling.

Google Analytics is loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz only after analytics consent. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not currently loaded by the public site.

Why we use information

We use submitted details to answer the requested property enquiry, verify relevant facts, prepare comparisons or shortlists, arrange the next requested step, prevent duplicate submissions, protect the service, and understand whether the site is useful.

We do not add an enquiry contact to advertising mailings without a separate choice, and we use the communication route selected by the user for that request.

Storage, sharing and security

Enquiries and their source context are stored in HotPattaya's Cloudflare-hosted systems. A limited notification may be sent to the HotPattaya team through Telegram so the request can be handled. Cloudflare and Google process data only for the services described above.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, security and applicable obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access is restricted and the site uses technical and organisational safeguards.

Your choices and requests

You can reject or withdraw analytics consent in Cookie settings. You may also ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary business or legal records.
